Antoinette is a graduate of Santa Clara University with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce, where she majored in Accounting. Her accounting knowledge and experience was further developed while working for prestigious companies such as Ernst and Young, Symantec Corporation and Bay Partners.
She then turned her sites to building her own companies. 8 years ago Antionette became a founding partner at Redwood Valuation Partners and has been instrumental in its growth from 10 clients to 400.
Today she is the CEO and co-founder of Paragon Accounting along with Maria Ruiz. At Paragon, Antoinette and Maria strive to provide customized CFO services to Venture Capital Firms in all stages of growth and development. Their goal is to combine their many years of Accounting, Controller, and CFO experience to offer a tailored CFO service to a select group of Venture Capital firms.

Maria is a graduate of Santa Clara University where she received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting. After graduation, Maria launched her career at IVP/Redpoint Ventures in Menlo Park where she worked as an accountant.
After honing her accounting skills, Maria landed a Controller position at Bay Partners, a venture capital firm with over $1 billion in assets under management. Maria’s success and achievements while in this position led to her promotion to CFO at Bay Partners.
Three years ago, Maria founded Paragon Accounting with Antoinette Delhonte. At Paragon, Antoinette and Maria strive to provide customized CFO services to Venture Capital Firms in all stages of growth and development. Their goal is to combine their many years of Accounting, Controller, and CFO experience to offer a tailored CFO service to a select group of Venture Capital firms.
